We commit to specific work, report on it every month and stand behind it. This is the Google My Business Space execution guarantee.
How it works
When you start a monthly plan (Local Start, Local Pro or Local Enterprise), the scope is put in writing: profile optimization, posts, review responses and reporting. If we haven't delivered that committed work within 90 days, we keep working at no extra cost until we catch up.
What we don't guarantee
We don't guarantee a specific position on Google Maps or in the Map Pack. Google decides the order of results based on relevance, distance and prominence, and no honest provider controls those factors. What we do guarantee is the work we do on the variables that depend on us, plus a monthly report so you can see what was done and what changed.
Conditions
- You give us access to your Google Business Profile (as owner or manager).
- You provide the information and materials we need on time (photos, business details, confirmations) and act on basic recommendations, such as responding to reviews.
- Your monthly payments are up to date during the 90-day period.
- It doesn't apply if Google suspends or penalizes the profile for policy violations unrelated to our work.
- It doesn't cover paid ads (Google Ads).
How to claim it
The guarantee is active automatically when you start a monthly plan. If after 90 days you believe we haven't delivered what was agreed, email info@googlemybusiness.space with the subject "Guarantee review". We will compare the contracted scope against what was delivered and, if work is outstanding, complete it at no charge.
What if you cancel before 90 days?
The guarantee applies while the service is active during the 90-day period. If you cancel earlier, it no longer applies.
